• To ensure complete transparency and peace of mind, all orders are delivered directly by our authorized company representative rather than standard third-party couriers.

• Upon delivery, our representative will open the boxes on-site in your presence.

• You or your designated receiver are required to inspect the shipment, count the pieces, and verify the quality and items on the spot.

• This immediate on-site verification ensures that any discrepancy or issue is resolved instantly, saving you from facing any post-delivery complications or disputes.

3. Delivery Timelines & Dispatch

• Once your private label production or bulk order is finalized and quality-checked, our team will coordinate with you to schedule a convenient delivery window.

• Delivery times may vary based on your location within Lahore or other regions, but you will be informed in advance prior to dispatch.

4. Acceptance of Goods

• Once the shipment has been inspected, counted, and accepted in the presence of our delivery representative, the delivery is considered complete and verified.

• Any concerns regarding missing items or transport-related issues must be raised immediately with our representative during this on-site check.
