1. Introduction Welcome to Phonousa International (operated under 7seas cosmetics). By accessing our website, placing an order, or utilizing our private labeling and bulk fragrance manufacturing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review these terms carefully before engaging in any business or purchasing our products.

2. Private Labeling & Custom Manufacturing

  • Brand Identity & Formulation: Phonousa International provides bespoke formulation and private labeling services designed to turn unique scents into a distinct personal identity and brand experience for our clients.

  • Client Responsibilities: When supplying custom artwork, logos, brand names, or packaging instructions for private label orders, you warrant that you hold the legal right to use them and that they do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

  • Approval of Renders & Samples: Once visual renders or physical product samples are approved by the client, production will proceed based on those specifications. Changes requested after production has commenced may incur additional charges.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices quoted for bulk products (such as our 1kg industrial-style glass jar product lines) and private label services are subject to change without notice, though confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed rate.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment or a mutually agreed deposit must be received prior to the commencement of production or dispatch of goods, as specified in your invoice or contract.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We strive to ensure every drop of our fragrance is crafted with precision and delivered securely. Shipping timelines are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch.

  • Phonousa International is not liable for shipping delays caused by customs clearances, courier disruptions, or force majeure events beyond our control.

5. Quality Assurance & Returns

  • Every batch is blended with the finest ingredients to meet high standards of quality and luxury.

  • Due to the customized nature of private label manufacturing, custom-branded or private-labeled goods cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect or error on our part reported within 7 days of receipt.

6. Limitation of Liability Phonousa International and 7seas cosmetics shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or resale of our products, including private label items distributed under the client's brand name.
